Captain Kevin Pope joined myself and family as delivery captain to sail our catamaran from Key West to Galveston early July 2022. Capt Kev jumped aboard my FP Helia sailing Catermaran to sail from Key West to Galverston in early July 2022. We were a party of three (myself, my wife and ). I was quite new to open water sailing - it was reassuring to have such a professional & safety conscious captain aboard. He taught me how to safely navigate open waters, how to night sail and boat maintenance/checks. He has since been a fantastic sailing mentor and I have come to know his crew who are also top notch Captains. I have no hesitation in recommending ‘Find my Captain’ to safely deliver co - sail any vessel be it power or sailing…….. he also has a great sense of humor - also good for long passages.
