Rich is an incredibly knowledgeable Captain and a fun person to share the small spaces of a sailboat with.
Rich not only knows all about the boat systems, navigation, and generally how to make living aboard more pleasant– he’s an amazing cook as well! His nature is gentle and he is a great instructor for those that need to build confidence. He’s the captain I would want if, I were on board and, things went awry. I have total confidence in his ability. Every time I’ve sailed with him I’ve learned valuable lessons not only about navigation and piloting the boat, but about the best way to make delicious ceviche on board.
