Chad Richardson is one of the best crew members I’ve worked with. He keeps the boat exceptionally clean, shows up on time, and is always working without needing to be asked. He’s a hard worker, a solid sailor, and someone you can count on every day. Chad has the attitude, work ethic, and skill set to go far in this business, and I’m confident he’s going to make a great captain one day.
